“I Never Let Anyone Else Touch My Hair“
“Hands down one of the best salons I’ve been to in Singapore (and I’ve been to many!!). Eddy fixed my hair flawlessly after a horror hair-job-gone wrong crisis I ended up with from Bali. My roots were messed up and flaking due to the reaction and the haircut was pretty bad. I wanted blonde locks, but Eddy advised me to have some parts brown and some bits bleached as it would look more natural. I took his advice and left my hair in his hands – and I was pleased at the results! The scalp massage was therapeutic and every staff was attentive.There was no hard selling either and I appreciated that they were transparent about the pricing before anything was done on my hair. This is very rare in Singapore – as there are usually a lot of hidden charges. It can be a pricey experience but the service, quality and attention to detail is worth every penny. Highly recommend and I think I have found my regular salon in Singapore now!”

“Amazing Volume Rebonding Technique“
“The best Rebonding experience I had! My stylist, Oscar, was able to meet all my requests. As I had frizzy thin hair, I wanted to have more manageable hair which allows me to dry & head out with minimum styling. At the same time, I didn’t want my hair to be too flat, Oscar was able to do all that & more! He understood my concerns & helped do a wonderful job at Volume Rebonding with natural waves, NOT stiff looking like how other salons do it! Highly recommended! P.S. This is not sponsored & I am a paying customer who rarely does reviews. But this is THAT GOOD it deserves one!”

“Always Pushing Themselves to Improve“
“Seldom does one find a salon that’s always pushing themselves to improve via training and adopting new techniques. Yet their prices are competitive for the high level of professionalism and services rendered. Convenient location is a plus point too. My natural hair is not easy to manage (thick and coarse with some natural curls), yet my hair stylist Wai always does a wonderful job. My hairstyle is able to grow and remain in shape even weeks after the cut – testament to good skills and technique.”

“Came to My Rescue!“
“I chanced upon Chez Vous after a very depressing bad perm and I came with frizzy hay-like hair (my super damaged and fried hair) and my two superheroes Serene and Agnes came to my rescue! I am so thankful to have met them today.Previously I thought my hair was beyond rescue… It was so poofy, and I couldn’t even comb through my hair without my fingers getting stuck halfway or having some hair break off. And I was so depressed every time I looked in the mirror… I thought my hair was beyond hope. I was even considering shaving it all off.Luckily for me, Serene and Agnes gave my hair a good treatment and they did their magic. My hair feels so much smoother and manageable, and Serene gave me such a wonderful haircut that my friends and family had so much praises for! It was my first time in almost 20 years getting my hair chopped off to such a short length (above my shoulder). Honestly, I was a little worried initially about my new look but I’ve never felt so good and confident! Everyone said my new hair made my chin sharper, and my eyes even looked bigger! What sorcery is this!?!Not to mention, Serene and Agnes were super friendly and gave me a lot of tips on how to maintain my hair. I am so glad to have Serene and Agnes tend to my hair today. “Honest and Transparent“
“I was visiting Singapore from the US and decided to get my hair done last minute before heading back home. After some google research, I decided on Chez Vous: HideAway. Was able to get an appt for the following day as someone had just cancelled. The staff was very responsive over email. Once at the salon, everyone was attentive and communicative. Shawn was my stylist and he was honest and transparent. No pressure to upsell me on other services. I didn’t have a haircut or colour preference so I asked that he give me something that complements my features and complexion. My hair was short to begin with so he trimmed it and gave me longer bangs to add a little volume. But the best part was the colour. He brought me back to my original hair colour (Caucasian) but added depth and contrast by bleaching parts of my hair first before applying the color. And the shine… I recommend getting the hair treatment too. Made my hair so shiny and my head feels so light…like years of hair product build up are all gone. End result – very happy with my hair.”
